Two product lines

One workshop for milk and egg.

Both are heat-sensitive, high-protein liquids. They share hygienic construction and cleaning design, but run at very different temperatures.

Turnkey lines

Balanced before they are built.

Before we quote a line we work out the process flow, the balance between stages, the utility load and the floor space.

Milk Processing Line

From raw milk reception to packed pasteurised milk, configured around your daily volume, shelf life and shift pattern.

How it works

From enquiry to commissioning

  1. You send your requirements

Raw material, target product, capacity, local voltage and frequency, heating source and destination port. If you are not sure about some of these, tell us what you do know.

  2. We send a process proposal

A process flow, an equipment list with specifications, a suggested layout and a quotation. If more than one configuration makes sense, we explain the trade-off instead of sending one option.

  3. We manufacture and test

Fabrication, welding, polishing and assembly in our own workshop. Standard machines ship in 20 days; a complete line in 40–45 days.

  4. Installation and training

Our engineers travel to site — typically 4 days for installation, commissioning and operator training. Travel and accommodation are covered by the buyer.

Working direct

Why processors buy direct

Controls you can service locally

Siemens components as standard. Where your team needs parts it can source locally, we build to your specified brand — Schneider, Mitsubishi and others on request.

Dairy and liquid egg from one supplier

If your plant runs both a milk line and an egg line, you deal with one supplier, one set of drawings and one spare parts list instead of two.

Sized to your capacity, not to a catalogue

We do not ask you to pick the closest standard model. Tank volumes, heat exchanger area and pump sizing are worked out from the throughput you give us.

Made in our own workshop

Cutting, welding, polishing and assembly happen in our own facility, so a change to a design does not have to be negotiated with a third-party factory.

Material documented with every order

Contact surfaces are SUS304 finished to Ra 0.6 μm, argon-shielded welds, food-grade seals — and a material certificate ships with every machine.

Two-year structural warranty

2 years on tanks, frames and fabricated assemblies; 1 year on electrical and electronic components. Our engineers travel to site for installation and commissioning.

Construction

Built to a standard you can check.

Buyers outside China ask about construction before price: what the contact surface really is, how welds are finished, what happens after commissioning. Here are the answers up front.
