Milk Pasteurization Equipment
Plate heat treatment systems from 1,000 to 10,000 L/h with regeneration, holding section and automatic flow diversion.
We build the equipment that sits between raw milk and packed product: storage and mixing tanks, heat treatment systems from 1,000 to 10,000 litres per hour, fermentation tanks, cheese equipment, butter churns and the CIP systems that clean them.

Sizing starts from your throughput, the utilities available on your site and what you actually produce. A plant running 8,000 litres over ten hours needs different equipment from one running 8,000 litres in three.
Where a project needs a component we do not manufacture — a homogeniser, a separator, a boiler — we specify and integrate it, and the quotation states clearly which items are ours and which are bought in.

Plate heat treatment systems from 1,000 to 10,000 L/h with regeneration, holding section and automatic flow diversion.

Jacketed mixing tanks for powder reconstitution, standardising and recipe work ahead of heat treatment.

Insulated vertical and horizontal tanks that hold raw or processed milk at temperature until the next stage.

Insulated, temperature-controlled fermentation tanks for set, stirred and drinking yogurt.

Cheese vats and curd handling equipment built around the cheese types you produce.

Batch churns that convert cream into butter and buttermilk, sized to your cream volume and batch cycle.

Single-tank and multi-tank CIP skids sized to the circuits they have to clean.
Most of what we build is sized to order. Send the product, daily volume and utilities, and an engineer replies with a proposal.
From raw milk reception to packed pasteurised milk, configured around your daily volume, shelf life and shift pattern.
Ambient-stable milk for markets without a reliable cold chain: UHT heat treatment plus aseptic filling.
Mixing, heat treatment, fermentation and cooling for set, stirred and drinking yogurt.
Standardising, vats, curd handling and pressing, balanced against each other for the cheeses you make.
We build both product lines in the same workshop. If your plant runs a milk line and an egg line, you deal with one supplier, one set of drawings and one spare parts list.
A quotation for processing equipment is only as accurate as the information behind it. If you can answer these questions we can send a process proposal and a price. If you can only answer some of them, send what you have and we will ask about the rest.
