Questions buyers ask
Why add a margin for stoppages?
Lines stop for loading, cleaning, blade adjustment and supply gaps. A machine sized exactly to your average rate falls behind every time it stops. Around 15% is a reasonable starting point for a first line.
Should I buy a larger breaker to allow for growth?
Only if the extra supply is secured. A breaker running far below its rating raises the cost per egg. Because our 2, 4 and 6-row models share the same cracking head, moving up later does not change spare parts or operator training.
