Factory & Quality Control
Most questions from buyers outside China are about construction quality rather than price. This page sets out what we build to, and how it is documented.

What every machine is built to
Material
SUS304 on every product contact surface, documented by a material certificate shipped with the machine.
Surface finish
Internal contact surfaces polished to Ra 0.6 μm so residue does not hold in the surface.
Welding
Argon-shielded welds on product contact parts.
Seals
Food-grade rubber gaskets and seals.
Controls
Siemens components as standard, or the brand your maintenance team already supports.
Documents
English operation manual and drawings ship with every order.

How a machine is made and checked
Every step below happens in our own workshop in Qingdao — the photos further down were taken there. Before your machine is crated you can ask for photos and a test-run video of it.
- Cut and roll
Stainless sheet is cut to size and rolled into tank shells on a plate rolling machine.
- Weld
Shells and heads are joined by automatic welding on long seams and argon-shielded TIG welding on heads and fittings.
- Polish
Product contact surfaces are ground and polished to Ra 0.6 μm so residue has nowhere to hold.
- Assemble
Frames, agitators, pumps, valves, pipework and control cabinets are fitted and wired for your voltage.
- Test run
Each machine is run in the workshop before it leaves: motors, heating, cooling and controls are checked under load.
- Crate and ship
Machines are fixed in seaworthy wooden crates and loaded in our yard; documents ship with the equipment.
